Showcasing OEM Approved Advanced Thermal Cell Barriers for Superior Thermal Runaway Protection

Of particular interest to OEMs and battery manufacturers is our industry-leading manufacturing process for ultra-fast, high-volume production of cell-to-cell thermal barriers with built-in spacers, known as Framed ATP Pads. These advanced thermal cell barriers effectively prevent cell-to-cell thermal propagation in a thermal runaway event, addressing critical challenges in battery pack design with a cost-effective solution to extend cell life, optimise cell performance, and improve overall safety.

Tecman offers customised options for various cell types, including prismatic, pouch, cylindrical, and solid-state cells. The all-in-one manufacturing process streamlines the supply chain by eliminating the need for pre-produced component parts. Operating in one continuous production cycle, each machine has an output of 36 million parts per annum.
