Our OEM-approved Anti-Thermal Propagation (ATP) Pads act as advanced thermal barriers, providing a critical 20-minute+ thermal propagation delay. This protection prevents heat from migrating to neighbouring cells, a performance benchmark that has led to the adoption of ATP Pads by major OEMs across NMC, LFP, and hybrid chemistries.

Beyond thermal management, our ATP Pads are engineered to meet precise cell compression requirements. By balancing mechanical compression during cell expansion and contraction cycles; extending cell life and optimising performance.
