As part of this transformation, Kevin Porter, who has been instrumental in our growth over the years, will now move into a more directional role as CEO of Tecman, whilst still leading Tecman’s Innovation Division.  

Having played a pivotal role in shaping our technical capabilities, Kevin will now guide the future direction of the company, driving the development of next-generation advanced materials, solutions, and processes. His deep understanding of both our heritage and future needs makes him ideally suited to steer the next wave of innovation, addressing evolving technical challenges and opportunities in existing and emerging industries. 

Within Tecman Innovation, Wayne Matthews leads New Business Development, identifying opportunities to add value and drive growth. Reuben Cook heads our Special Projects team, focused on delivering our automation and major technical solutions. Jo Talbot oversees Marketing, driving strategic marketing efforts to support the future growth of the company. 

Together, this leadership team drives Tecman’s Innovation Division, focused on developing cutting-edge technologies that will help shape the future. 

On the manufacturing side, Dave Roberts will be leading the team as Managing Director of Tecman’s Manufacturing Division, with an expanded mandate to elevate our operational excellence even further. With two decades of experience in leading high-performance teams, Dave is focused on delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and consistency across all our products and processes.

Under Dave’s leadership, Tecman has seen a significant uplift in customer satisfaction, with streamlined manufacturing workflows and a laser focus on exceeding customer expectations. His dedication to continuous improvement ensures that our operational excellence translates into measurable benefits for you, our customers, in the form of faster delivery times, enhanced product quality, and long-term performance.

In line with our customer-priority approach, we have also strengthened our team to better support our relationships with you. Alan Bryan will lead our newly formed Customer Accounts Team, designed to enhance customer account management and service delivery. Dan Ironmonger heads our Operations Department, ensuring consistent and efficient production to the highest standards. Lizeth Kennedy leads our Quality Department, committed to maintaining and enhancing our stringent quality standards. And supporting the continuous improvements is Paul Rushton, Head of Business Transformation, who is focused on advancing our operational excellence.
