- Lead 6S program
- Lead value stream mapping activities
- Business maturity roadmap implementation
- Lead quarterly Hoshin Kanri reviews
- Capex submissions/identify funding streams
- Reward and recognition program implementation
- Industry 4.0 integration
- Lighthouse area development
- Customer/supplier contract review support
- Submission of award applications
- Future factory academy lead
- Supply chain development/MRP/SIOP
- Top-down project management lead
